
At Ansh Patola Art, we take pride in offering authentic and premium Patola sarees. Each saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
The saree must not have any stains, perfume, damage, or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or made-to-order sarees
Sarees purchased during clearance or sale offers
International orders (unless damaged or defective)
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues (if applicable) or manufacturing defects.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
To initiate a return:
Contact us via email or phone with your order number.
Share clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
Our team will review and confirm return approval.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Please do not send the product back without prior approval.
Refunds will be processed only after product inspection.
Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective saree:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide unboxing video and clear photos as proof.
Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the claim.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
Minor weaving irregularities in handmade Patola sarees are natural and part of the craftsmanship.
